Holy cow, am I tired.
I wish being so tired right now was because I’ve been dyeing like mad to restock the shop, but unfortunately, that’s not the case. No matter how badly the shop rather suddenly needs restocking. *glee*
(It’s been a great week on that front, seriously, shock and glee all week. I just wish I had gotten to do MORE dyeing than I actually did. But I’m still psyched about this past week all the same!)
Part of being so tired has been raiding 3x a week with a bunch of friends in this online game I play.
(Ok, so I do a bit more than play. I kinda lead our guild and lead the raids and maintain the guild site and forums. And have been for about as long as I’ve been dyeing and spinning yarn, actually. Huh. Go figure.)
So I’ve been raiding with a bunch of awesome friends a bit. But that’s not really enough to run me down this much. Nor is the (SQUEE!) wholesale order I just started working on that is due in June. Not yet at least.
(SQUEEEEEEE! And it’s for the cotton sock yarn. Double SQUEEE!)
And reskeining a bunch of yarn isn’t what has worn me out, as pretty as some of it might be. Like these two, which I was having fun twisting together:

(A Pink Koi and a Charcoal Black Koi twisted together. Having a hard time letting these go. Along with the purple/blue series I just finished on Koi. Really, really want to keep those.)
Nope, what has me worn out is something else entirely. This something begins at 5:30am and goes till 9pm. Every day.

Even better than the omgCUTE factor is that so far she loves me bestest and does not shed. (And short of the kids dumping potty water on her once, she doesn’t stink either. The smell of most dogs drives me batty, but she’s surprisingly low eau de puppy. And rarely barks. Major pluses in my book. Oh, her name is Kiva. That’s kinda important, isn’t it?)
So yes. I have been bested by a puppy. But that’s ok. Because omg… TEH CUUUUUUTE!!
(In business news… have a big ol’box of Koi I’m working my way through, 20 or so hanks of cotton sock I’m working on, with 40 more on the way for the wholesale order, and then 60 or so hanks of Lil Squish Sock yarn in the mail. Yarn, anyone?)

OH MY GOD I LOEV HER FACE! Also, the yarn is gorgeous, but OMGPUPPEH!
SO CUTE!!! What kind is she? I'm a big dog gal myself. When we first got our puppy almost a year ago she was quite exhausting but as soon as she started to get used to the routine (aka could hold her bodily fluids for any length of time) things really started to smooth out and she's ALMOST what I would call an 'adult'.
Ok - that puppy is adorable, and I'm loving that Koi!
